Most engagements begin within a week. The Health Check can usually start within 2–3 business days of agreement.

I’m based in Singapore (SGT) and have delivered into APAC, Australasia, North America, and Europe. I run remotely and async-first with scheduled sync calls in your business hours.

I plug into your existing tooling (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.) and join your existing cadences. I’m not there to replace your team — I’m there to take the implementation load off them so they can focus on what only they can do.

Every engagement has a written Statement of Work with deliverables, hours cap, and a change-order process. If scope expands, we agree the change and price in writing before the work happens. No surprise invoices, no scope creep.

Yes. Many clients opt in with the daily rate to engage me in an advisory capacity. Some choose to stop there with the plan and run it themselves. Others to choose to then engage me on the Sprints and Retainers, which are execution-heavy.
